Ingredients:
Paneer -250gm (cottage cheese)
Besan -20gm
Red Chilli Powder -5gm
Garam Masala -2gm
Ajwain -2gm
Ginger-Garlic paste-20gm
Cream 20gm
for garnishing:

METHOD:

METHOD:
Cut the panner into even sized pieces. Make a fine
paste by mixing all the above mentioned ingredients and
paste by mixing all the above mentioned ingredients and
apply it evenly on the pieces of paneer. Put it on a skewer
and cook it in a tandoor, or in a griller. Serve garnished
