STUFFED PARATHA WITH OATS
INGREDIENTS:
Oats -1/2 cup
Whole Wheat Flour -1cup
Salt -1/2 table spoon
Milk for Kneading the dough -Little
Oil for frying -Little
For Stuffing (mix together)
Grated Paneer /tofu -50gm
Finely cut green chilli -1no.
Finely cut coriander leaves -11/2 table spoon
Salt -1/4tea spoon

METHOD:
Powder the Oats and mix with wheat flour and Salt . Add milk gradually and knead to a
soft dough. Mix the stuffing together. Prepare small balls from the kneaded dough. Flatten and
prepare paratha of 3 inches width. Apply a little water at the edge of the first paratha.. Place a
little of the stuffing in the centre. Place another paratha on top and press to stick on to the first
paratha. Roll cut to a thin circle. Roast on a hot tawa using a little Oil on both sides. Serve
hot with any side dish.
