TANDOORI SALAD
Ingredients:
Capsicums -2
Tomatoes -2
Onions -2
Paneer 150gm
For marination:
Vinegar -5ml
Chat masala -2gm
Red chilli powder -2gm
Oil -10gm
salt to taste

Method:
Slice the tomatoes, capsicums and onions. Vegetables are to be sliced
vertically and taken without seeds or pulp;outer rings of onion are to be
taken. Slice the paneer into similar shape as the vegetables. Sprinkle the
above marination and rub it gently over the vegetables and paneer. Keep
it for a while and cook it over a charcoal grill or in a preheated oven.

Sprinkle a little chat masala before you serve it.
