Babycorn Mushroom Capsicum Masala Curry- Andhra vantalu

Babycorn Mushroom Capsicum Masala Recipes



















Ingredients:

Baby Corn     -150gm (sliced thinly)
Mushroom     -200gm (cut into 1/2" dices)
Tomato Puree -200gm
Oil       - 20gm
Cumin seeds  -3gm
Turmeric  -2gm
Ginger paste  -3gm
Garlic paste  -5gm
Coriander Powder  -6gm
Cumin Seeds Powder  -6gm
Red Chilli Powder    -3gm
Hot Spice Powder  3gm
Salt to Taste

For Garnishing:
Coriander leaves (Finely Chopped)

Method:
    Take Oil in a kadhai, saute Mushroom and take it out. Then, add cumin seeds, ginger, garlicpaste and turmeric and add babycorn and let it cook.  Then add capsicum and saute 
till it is cooked.     

     Put coriander, cumin, salt red chilli powder and tomato puree and let it cook for a couple
of minutes. Finish with hot spice powder and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
