Brinjal Andhra Curry -Baingan Patiyal Indian Veg. Recipe

Baingan Patiyala latest dishe:















Ingredients:

Brinjal        -600gm
Onion           -400gm
Tomato            -100gm
Ginger           -2gm
Green chillies     -3
Turmeric powder -2gm
Redchilli powder  -3gm
Cumin seeds     -2gm
Kalonji        -2gm
Whole red chilli       -3
Cashew nuts     -50gm
Garlic paste     -5gm
Ghee          -20gm
Salt to taste


For garnishing:
 Coriander leaves -15 gm

Method:

   Take oil in handi, and cumin seeds and kalonji. When they start crackling, add onions and let them cook till they turn brown.  Add tomatoes and the seasoning and cook well. Add cashew nut pasteand then the fried brinjals to the gravy. Finish with hot spice powder. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
