Keema Non Veg Indian Curry

Ingredients:
Mutton liver(cut with bone) - 2kg
Mutton Mince -500gm
Oil -150ml
Whole cardamom -5gm
Whole cloves -5gm
Whole cinnamon -5gm
Whole mace-5gm
Bay leaves -3
Ginger paste -gm
Garlic Paste - 15gm
Red chilli powder -10gm
Coriander powder -15gm
Cumin seeds powder -15gm
Tomato puree -750gm
Brown Onion paste - 400gm
Hot spice powder - 10gm
Curd -180gm (whisked)
Salt to taste
For Garnishing:
Ginger julienne - 8gm
Coriander leaves -10gm
(finely chopped)
Method
Take oil in a handi, add all the whole hot spices and saute. Add ginger -garlicpaste and saute for a couple of minutes.
Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder and saute. Put the mince
and saute till mutton mince is half done. Add mutton liver and saute along with mince. Add curd and saute along, when the mutton is 80% done, add tomato puree and brown onion. Finish with hot spice powder.
Serve hot, garnished with ginger julienne and finely chopped green coriander leaves.
