Ingredients:

Dark chocolate bar – 200 gms
b.
Dates – 8-10 pieces
c.
Almonds – 10-12 pieces
d.
Butter paper – 1 sheet
Process:
a.
Melt the Chocolate in the microwave
oven for 30 seconds – 20 Seconds – 10 Seconds
b.
Cool the chocolate for sometime
c.
Take out seeds from the dates
d.
Roast almonds and keep each inside one
date piece.
e.
Dip this in to the melted chocolate and
place it on butter paper
f.
Freeze it for 8-10 min
g.
Tap – Tap and remove and serve
2. Choco
Baskets:
Ingredients:
a.
Milk and dark chocolate bars – each 200
gms
b.
Cup cake silicon mould
Process:
a.
Chop the chocolate bars into small
pieces
b.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave
oven for 30 seconds – 20 Seconds – 10 Seconds
c.
Cool the molten chocolate for some time
d.
Pour it in the moulds and wipe out
excess chocolate from the top
e.
Freeze the moulds for 8-10 min
f.
Use like a eatable cup for ice creams,
chocolates
g.
Eat directly from the moulds or Tap –
Tap - remove and serve
3. Choco
Balls:
Ingredients:
a.
Marie biscuits – 4-5 biscuits
b.
Sugar – 3 tablespoons
c.
Coconut powder – 1 cup
d.
Cocoa powder – 1 cup
e.
Butter – 1 cup
f.
Condensed milk/milk – 1 cup
g.
Dark and milk chocolate bar – 150 gms
each
h.
White chocolate – 100 gms
i.
Butter paper – 1 sheet
Process:
a.
Powder the marie biscuits
b.
Grind the sugar and make it into a powder
c.
Mix all these ingredients
d.
Keep this in the fridge for 10 – 20 min
e.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave
oven for 30 seconds – 20 Seconds – 10 Seconds
f.
Make it into Choco balls
g.
Dip them in the melted chocolate
h.
Freeze it for 8-10 min
i.
Lay it on Butter paper and freeze for
15 minutes
j.
Serve
