. Peanut Butter Chocolates
Ingredients:
a. Dark/milk chocolate bars – 200 gms each
b. Peanut butter – 3 cups
c. Icing sugar – 1 cup
d. Moulds - 1
Process:
a. Melt the chocolate in the microwave oven for 30 seconds – 20 Seconds – 10 Seconds
b. Mix the peanut butter and Icing sugar
c. Place the mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes
d. Pour some molten chocolate in the mould and make a shell
e. Fill these shells with peanut butter and cover with chocolate again
f. Freeze it for 8-10 min
g. Serve
